We’re out here serving up hot chocolate with all the fixings. The tree is lit and shining bright. Come on out and join us.

Will we be singing? No. Will we be serving up hot chocolate with all the accroutements? Yes. Are we fun? Yes. Do we have 14 trees lit up in our office? Also, yes.

Public relations is supporting our clients in executing events like ChallengeHER in Fort Lauderdale. From managing AV, stuffing bags, assembling name badges to last minute updates to speakers, the 8THIRTYFOUR team does it all.

@bode834 even got to speak on "Big Deal Energy," and owning your influence. All in all, a pretty successful event for WIPP, @americanexpress, @sbagov and attendees.

It's a very special person's birthday. Ro has been with 8THIRTYFOUR for six+ years and is our resident expert in literally everything. Thanks for answering our never-ending questions and for always being willing to jump in and help. We'd be lost without you.

This Small Business Saturday, we’re hitting the streets of Grand Rapids with @scholten4congress to spotlight some awesome women-owned businesses. Look for @bode834, @sstellier and @lisayounggr as they shop local with @newdesignfloral, @basicbeeboutique, @dimeandregal and @sablecandleco. We'll be out shopping between 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Remember the BMI (Body Mass Index)? That oh-so-scientific measure that doctors love to throw around? Well, let us tell you a little story about that. Back in the 1830s, a Belgian statistician named Adolphe Quetelet (who cares) decided to collect data on men’s heights and weights. Notice anything missing there? Oh right, women. Anyway, from this groundbreaking study of Belgian men, he came up with a formula that we now know as the BMI.

THIS HAS HAUNTED WOMEN FOR YEARS AND CONTINUES TO DO SO. Read our blog on women's health and join our revolution.
