Awesome. That is the word we have to describe how amazing this week’s Your Biz Your Town was with Shelley Irwin.
There are several community events coming up that our guests, Silent Observer and Grand Rapids Pride Center, are hosting. You need to be there.

Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV)
This coming week, the Grand Rapids Pride Center will be hosting multiple events for Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) which is on March 31st. There are over 1.4 million Trans individuals in the United States. In fact, TDOV was started in Michigan and is now celebrated internationally. That is cool. You can check out the full list of events here: http://www.grpride.org/calendar/
I definitely encourage you to stop by SpeakEZ on March 30th at 6:30 p.m. for TDOV: Stories of Stealth, Activism and Positivity. Join the community for a night of celebration and entertainment. Hear inspiring stories from Trans individuals and learn about the positive work happening in the community.

The session will include an overview of what Ransomware is along with a live demonstration of an attack and how companies can protect their data.
The of State of Michigan Cyber-Team, which acts like an emergency manager when a company gets hit with ransomware, will discuss recent attacks on businesses and the free services they provide.
