We won't stop talking about this because we've been hearing it from literally every business owner we talk to.

Small businesses can't find qualified applicants, not because of missing degrees, but because people can't communicate, problem-solve, or handle basic workplace dynamics.

We can keep wishing things were different, or we adapt. The cost of doing nothing is one we can't afford.

In our latest blog, @bode834 breaks down the real David and Goliath story: David wasn't an underdog. He knew exactly how to win.

If you built systems to work around ADHD, learned to read people because home was chaos, or got comfortable being uncomfortable because survival demanded it, you didn't just get by. You developed skills most people will never have to. The hard stuff didn't break you - it became your foundation.

Stop hiding it. It's what makes you you.
