Description
This role is the heartbeat of our client relationships and the traffic controller who keeps everything moving.
You’ll oversee client delivery across digital, creative, and PR, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and on point. You’re part strategist, part problem-solver, part quality control, and fully responsible for making sure our clients feel taken care of while our team isn’t drowning. This isn’t just oversight—you’ll be in the work too, managing key accounts, building strategies, presenting to clients, and spotting opportunities to grow relationships and revenue.
You’ll report directly to our CEO and sit on our EOS leadership team, which means you need to know how to run your department, hit your numbers, and hold yourself and others accountable. You’re building and honing our workflow and traffic processes, not just running what already exists. If something’s broken, you fix it. If it doesn’t exist yet, you create it.
What we need from you:
Strong experience in agency or client services leadership, with a track record of managing accounts, leading teams, and delivering excellent work on time and within scope. You’ve overseen at least a handful of people across multiple disciplines and know how to balance competing priorities without letting anything slip through the cracks.
You’re an excellent writer, a confident presenter, and someone who can pull together a smart strategy and sell it to a client. You know how to identify upsell opportunities and grow accounts because you genuinely understand what clients need, sometimes before they do. You’re the person clients call when something goes sideways because they trust you to make it right.
You have high EQ and can navigate conflict with professionalism and empathy, whether that’s between team members, with clients, or in the messy space where those two worlds collide. You’re detail-oriented enough to catch quality issues before they go out the door, but strategic enough to see the bigger picture of where an account or project is headed.
Familiarity with EOS is a plus—you’ll be part of our leadership team and need to be comfortable with Level 10 meetings, rocks, and scorecards. You thrive in a small agency environment where wearing multiple hats isn’t a burden, it’s the job.
What’s in it for you:
We don’t do fine print and mystery perks. Here’s what we offer and what you can count on:
- Impact, autonomy, and zero corporate BS
- Opportunity to lead a highly engaged team in a flexible hybrid work setup
- Competitive compensation of $75,000 – $85,000 and opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus
- Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance after 60 days
- Investment in your future, literally, with a SIMPLE IRA and up to a 3% employer match after one year
- PTO to rest and recharge along with 10 paid holidays (8 are company-set, and you choose 2 that matter most to you!)
- Employee Assistance Program to provide you and your household members with free, confidential support
