Gateway Pediatric Therapy is a leader in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders. They needed a recruitment video that would attract top talent to their growing team.

Our approach:

  • Conducted in-depth interviews with Gateway’s leadership and staff
  • Spent a full day on-site, capturing authentic interactions between therapists and clients
  • Crafted a narrative that highlighted the rewarding nature of working at Gateway

 

The resulting video provided an honest, heartfelt look at Gateway’s mission and the positive impact their therapists make daily. It showcased the supportive work environment and the opportunities for professional growth, helping Gateway attract passionate professionals to their team.

LifeCircles: Empowering Seniors in Community Events

LifeCircles PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is dedicated to helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. They wanted to increase their visibility and community involvement at local events.

Our strategy:

  • Designed custom t-shirts and banners for the Tulip Time Festival and PRIDE events in Holland and Muskegon
  • Ensured their clients felt included and empowered during the events

 

This initiative allowed LifeCircles to showcase its commitment to senior well-being and community integration. It gave their clients a sense of belonging and pride while raising awareness about LifeCircles’ valuable services among event attendees.

DTE Home Protection Plus: Educating Baseball Fans

DTE Home Protection Plus offers Michigan homeowners protection from unexpected repair costs on major home systems and appliances. They wanted to show up for the West Michigan community and increase awareness of their services at Whitecaps baseball games.

Our game plan:

  • Recruited and trained local college students for outreach (yes we paid them, we’re not a**holes)
  • Designed an informative booth about DTE HPP’s services
  • Developed a strategy for engaging with game attendees

 

Our team greeted people throughout the stadium, having friendly conversations with fans about home protection. We focused on educating attendees about:

  • The difference between DTE HPP and other services
  • The range of systems and appliances covered
  • The convenience of their 24/7 repair hotline
  • Potential cost savings for Michigan homeowners

 

This approach allowed DTE Home Protection Plus to connect with its target audience in a relaxed setting, building brand awareness and trust.

Women Impacting Public Policy: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Detroit

Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) is a national organization advocating for women entrepreneurs. Their ChallengeHER event in Detroit aimed to boost government contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses.

Our role:

  • Managed all aspects of event planning and execution
  • Coordinated with local vendors and venues
  • Ensured smooth running of workshops and networking sessions
  • Showcased Detroit’s vibrant community to attendees

 

The event provided valuable information about the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contracting Program and connected attendees with government buyers. By bringing this event to Detroit, WIPP highlighted the city’s entrepreneurial spirit and provided local women business owners with crucial resources and connections.
