Kayden Grinwis answers questions in the 8THIRTYFOUR office.

These are just a few of 8THIRTYFOUR’s core values that Kayden embodies. Our clients love him, staff respect him and he is constantly looking for ways to improve and expand on the digital services we offer clients.

Now the fun stuff….

He is loyal, obsessed with the sweater/tie combo, spends too much time at City Built Brewing eating tacos, is a proud LGBTQ activist, loves to travel (but never actually does), really enjoys lecturing on SWOT analyses and is often watching a certain someone’s six dogs.

We put everything business owners, employees, and educators told us on the wall, and guess what... yeah, some of it was mean.

The point is, everyone is saying it about each other, not to each other, and nothing is getting fixed that way.
