Digital Lead

About the Role

Salary: $55-$68k

We need someone who lives and breathes digital, someone who can move seamlessly between optimizing a client’s Google Ads campaign and building out course infrastructure in LearnDash without skipping a beat. This role sits at the intersection of our agency work and 8THIRTYFOUR Schools, which means you’ll be managing digital strategy for clients while also owning the platforms and systems powering our education programs. You’ll report to our Client Relations Director, and you’ll be a key player in making sure everything we do digitally actually works, not just looks pretty.

What You'll Own

Websites and SEO
You’ll manage WordPress builds, updates, and optimizations across client sites and our own properties, with a sharp eye for search performance (AI included), site health, and content discoverability.

Advertising
Paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and wherever else makes sense for the goal at hand.

LMS Management
You’ll build, maintain, and improve our LearnDash environment for 8THIRTYFOUR Schools, including course setup, user experience, integrations, and troubleshooting when things inevitably break.

Social Media
Strategy and execution for both clients and internal brands. You understand platform nuances and can create content calendars without defaulting to the same recycled playbook every month.

HubSpot
Campaign builds, emails, automations, segmentation, and performance tracking. You know the difference between an email people open and one they immediately archive.

What You Bring

3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment where you’ve had to juggle priorities and shift gears quickly. You’re comfortable in WordPress (not just posting blogs, actually building and maintaining sites), you’ve managed paid campaigns, and ideally you’ve worked inside an LMS before.

LearnDash experience is a serious plus. You understand SEO beyond just plugging keywords into Yoast.

You’re organized, you communicate clearly, and you don’t need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done.
