Sunday, June 10: 2nd Annual Children’s Reading Hour w/ Roxxy, Books & Mortar
Local drag & theatre superstar Roxxy Mauron will be reading a selection of inclusive children’s books celebrating our LGBTQ community and the beauty of all people.

Sunday, June 10: Pride Celebration Concert, Justice Choir GR
Enjoy powerful music intertwined with spoken word, presentations by community organizations, local activists and artists, poetry, video, visual art, and more.

Monday, June 11: 30 Years of Pride, Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce
Spend your evening hearing the empowering achievements and experiences of different LGBTQ business professionals from the Grand Rapids Area. (Hint: this one features one of our own Kayden who will be on the panel sharing his awesomeness)

Tuesday, June 12: Pulse Nightclub Vigil, The Apartment Lounge
The Apartment Lounge invites the Grand Rapids community to honor those 49 people slain in the tragic shooting inside Orlando’s Pulse Nightclub. All donations will be donated to the Michigan Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence.

Join us for the 30th Grand Rapids Pride Festival at Calder Plaza. Featuring a street fair, food and drinks, children’s activities, lawn games, and performances by En Vogue, Betty Who, and David Hernandez! Plus, special performances by Circle Theatre’s production of Fun Home, and GR’s favorite Drag Divas.

Meet @bitnermd, co-founder of @true.womenshealth, a concierge practice in West Michigan, focused on helping women thrive through midlife while reducing chronic conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression, and diabetes.

Dr. Bitner is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in midlife, menopause, and sexual health. She’s the author of I Want to Age Like That! and has published peer-reviewed research on menopause care. She was named Menopause Practitioner of the Year by The Menopause Society in 2015. Dr. Bitner is committed to translating evidence into practical, scalable solutions that improve women’s health, confidence, and participation at work and in life. We’re beyond excited to have her join our panel discussion this Thursday.
