Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
#Team834 may not be completely Irish, but we have had an enormous amount of luck over the past year. We lucked out with the greatest team members, dogs and clients that a firm could ask for. We wanted to share with you a little bit of our luck.

Kim

834 has become so much more than Jimmy and I and for that I am truly grateful. We are doing work we love, with clients we adore and having fun doing it. With this being our 10th year, we have lots of exciting things in store. I, for one, can’t wait to see what the future brings.
P.S. Dogs, dogs, dogs and wine with ice.

Luck comes in all different styles, but I’m lucky to work with a great team. 834 has given me a group of wonderful people who work together in *perfect* harmony. I’ve gained really great friendships over my time here, too. We all take on many different roles but together we create a pot of gold. I love our team!

Leigh

My little leprechaun is my rescue pup Frankie. He’s only been with me for a few months but it’s already been a life-changing experience, and for the better. My world is no longer all about me – I have another life to think about, making sure that they’re safe and cared for. I’m so lucky to have him in my life!

Grace

I don’t believe in luck but believe that we all take part in our own paths.  We are presented opportunities and our choices create the outcome.  That being said, I have a whole lot of gratitude for the opportunities that I have had, because I have a pretty amazing life.  I love my job and have the struck gold with the best co-workers possible.  They are creative, brilliant and thoughtful.  Coming to work is a new adventure each day.  I am also thankful that I have the greatest husband and daughter who are the best part of my life.

Emma

These past couple of months (or week, you could say) I’ve definitely had luck on my side. Due to my real-estate stalking tendencies, I found an adorable tiny-home in the Fulton Heights neighborhood, secured a full-time job with #Team834, and adopted a second ‘doodle’ named Owen. My new found independence has been a whirlwind and but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I’m a lucky gal.

Julie

I don’t know if it’s luck, or if it’s just the super amazing people we have here, especially the creative team. I recently took a much needed vacation and they totally had my back. I can trust them with anything and know they will not only get the job done but develop kick-ass work. This creative team started out small and over the last year we have grown and adapted and become this mini super squad and I would be nothing without them:)

Jessica

I recently got lucky and was able to make the move into downtown Grand Rapids on the west side. This new lifestyle opened up many new opportunities for me that really have me feeling lucky to be to here. I can now walk to work, walk to the gym, and walk to some of the best coffee shops and restaurants. I also have recently reflected on how I’ve gotten here. I’m truly lucky to have people who believe in me and landed me here at 834. I’m also lucky to be at 834 for so many reasons: the team, the work, the experience, and the trust to name a few.

Megan

I am lucky to have rockstar mentors during my internship at #Team834 this semester. To be surrounded by a great support system of both friends and family that have pushed me to be the best that I can be and show me that you can have anything you want in this world with hard work and dedication. Also, I can’t forget about my furry niece and nephew, Charlie and Luna, who bring be so much happiness everyday!
What are you lucky to have this St. Patrick’s Day?
P.S. We hope you’re drinking green beer while reading this.
