The 4th Friday of every month is when we party with GR’s finest for Your Biz Your Town. This past week, Shelley and I chatted with HopCat GR, AM Yoga and New Holland Brewing. You can listen to the full segment here.Â
Our friends at HopCat had our mouth’s watering with their Grandwich creation which is Chilean style skirt steak, on a kaiser roll. Topped with fresh green beans, haystack onions, muenster cheese and house made merquén style sauce. The top 10 are actually announced this week and we can’t imagine HopCat not being named. To find out more about Grandwich and to see the full list of participating restaurants go to, grandwichgr.com.
After you chow down on HopCat’s Grandwich, head over to AM Yoga for some meditating and stretching with owners, Mali and Ashley. AM Yoga uses three elements (sadhana, satusung, and seva) to experience a state of I AM. They offer classes at their studio, your business, your home, or at an event. To find out more go to, amyoga111.com.
We have all seen the huge construction project happening on the corner of Bridge and Broadway and though our patience may wear thin, we know all good things come to those that wait. New Holland Brewing Co. will open this fall and feature a 3 story tall beer garden, a multitude of event space and locally sourced food. They are also hiring, with over 100 restaurant and brewery jobs open. To find out more go to newhollandbrew.com.
There is so much happening in GR, it is hard to narrow it down to 3 guests a month. Tune in next month, August 22nd.
