Winter Color Palettes

Share This Post:

It’s winter, in Michigan and we have at least 60 more days of it. It’s hard to tell when we’re spending all day, every day inside. Get outside and experience Michigan winter with some of our favorite color palettes.
Make some hot cocoa, grab a blanket, and snuggle with a furry friend. Let’s take a trip to a winter wonderland.

Cabin on the Lake

Michigan has so many inland lakes along with the amazing Great Lakes, if you’re a true Michigander you’ve walked the frozen waves in the dead of winter. Our Cabin on the Lake color palette gives us all the cozy feels with vibrant blues and shades of grey and brown.
This winter color palette brings some beautiful variation to the regular winter scene. If we have to isolate ourselves, might as well do it at an isolated cabin in the woods.

Snow Dog

There is nothing more wonderful in the world than a dog playing in the snow and truly embracing the joys of winter. We had to include this one for obvious dog-loving reasons.

We’re in puppy love with the colors of this palette. These toasty neutrals remind us of Sundays wrapped in a blanket, by the fire and snuggled in with our dogs. Brb. Finding one of many of our dogs.

Winter Adventure

This color palette makes us want to grab our hat and gloves and break out the ice skates. Come to think of it, that’s a great socially distanced activity, isn’t it?
If you haven’t tossed on your puffy coat yet this year, here’s our reminder to get outside and do just that. Or stay inside, kill your heat, and pretend you’re enjoying the great outdoors. Whatever floats your boat.
While you’re staying cozy this year, don’t be afraid to take some design risks. Sometimes branching out really pays off. Having trouble finding where to start? Don’t worry. We’ve got you.
